MZL Home Care services specialize in creating care programs for seniors and disabled patients, enabling them to remain living in the privacy and comfort of their home. A Registered Nurse will work closely with the patient’s primary physician, and provide service as needed.

Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP)

Our Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) supports your independence and your right to choose a caregiver. Through our CDPAP services, the consumer is able to recruit, interview, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and terminate (if necessary) personal assistant(s) of choice.

MZL currently accepts:

  • Checks & Major Credit Cards for private pay and additional services exceeding insurance plan’s allowable.
